DESIGN PLANS - Job site visit and spacial evaluation leading to developing full working drawings for remodeling projects as well as new construction. Design Plans include floor plans, elevations, electrical and plumbing rough-ins, and structural plans where needed.

HOURLY CONSULTATIONS - In home or job site visits with verbal suggestions and information provided; to include spacial suggestions, color selections, and product/material recommendations.

PRODUCTS - Antique and vintage furniture pieces tastefully restored with functional and modern fabrics.
